This area is crucial for promoting a distinctive culture, incorporating best business practices, and securing the human, technical, and financial resources required by the operation to ensure the solid, reliable, and productive growth of the company.

Covers organization’s cross-functional processes, including Organizational Talent, Finance, Business Processes, Management Systems, Risk Management, Business Continuity, Information Systems, and Cybersecurity.

It also promotes incremental innovation and continuous improvement in the company’s internal processes.

This area formulates strategies to successfully reach defined markets, designs and manages the portfolio of solutions, manages communications, branding, and positioning of the company, and develops profitable business opportunities, ensuring that the company adds value to its customers, promoting a commercial culture and the achievement of consistent and sustainable growth objectives.

Its focus is on ensuring the evolution of key capabilities to identify, test, create, appropriate, and sustainably develop the knowledge, science, and technologies required by the business to achieve its corporate strategy.

Role description
Leads the planning, revitalization, and coordination of the company’s overall strategy, as well as the development of a relevant, competitive, scalable, and profitable portfolio of products and solutions. Its objective is to ensure profitable and sustainable growth in the market. This area plans and executes a solid strategic vision, creating an effective innovation ecosystem and a portfolio maturity management model, consolidating strategic objectives with relevant KPIs and OKRs that promote the success of the business strategy.
